Service Description

Lash fills are every 2-3 weeks due to natural lash growth, lash fills over 24 days may be subject to full set prices. Sorry, no exceptions. Customer must have at least 50% retention to require this service. Note: Lashes by Penelope does not do fills by other technicians. A new set is required for new customers. Cancellations under 24 hrs or no shows are subject to $20 fee
